Solved - Banned Account Help

Good Evening, I am a returning player that heard about a number of recent patches that have helped up the popularity of Tree of Savior and wanted to start playing again, but upon attempting to log in my access was denied and I was met with a “remove protection mode” notification. After numerous tickets I was informed that I had violated User Terms of Agreement and was thus banned. I feel I was wrongfully banned and would like to seek the assistance of any staff or GM.

How can you get banned by not playing?

Anything is possible with IMC.

I do not know, support does not wish to inform me of the reasons other than my apparent violation of the user agreement.

If you feel like you have been wrongfully banned, feel free to PM me your Server, Team Name, and Character names. And I can try to help.

Thank you Leticia for your time and consideration, as well as your speedy response. I’ve tried out many games over these past few months. Dragon Nest, Aura Kingdom, Twin Saga; none of them have truly grasped my attention like Tree of Savior, Secret of the Solstice, or Ragnarok have. I look forward to returning now with this issue resolved.
