[Solved] Area: Vedas Plateau. Quest breaks after failure

Bug Description :
After failing to save the quest NPC, the area marker on the map persists, but the quest is no longer in the journal, and could not be abondoned/retaken, nor does it activate again by walking into the marked zone.

[Solution]
The quest automatically moved to the Abandoned tab in the quest journal and could be retaken from there.

I’m going to bump this because I had the same problem and only found the solution when I saw it here.

Looking for the quest in the “abanddoned” tab is counter-intuitive because you didn’t even abanddon the quest in first place.

There should be some sort of warning telling you the quest is in that tab or just teleport you away from the quest trigger area and make it restart automatically.

I have the same issue but mine it’s a bit more complicated. I cannot see the abandoned tab because it’s the same as my active ones. I’ve tried support but they told me to use the forums - -.

Not helping at all.
