[Solved]Any IMC staff can help me with DLC package that could not be claimed?

Bug Description :
DLC was from DLC transfer, just recently transferred, now in the correct server but can’t be claimed from inbox.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login to lodge
  2. Click inbox
  3. Click the DLC
  4. Choose character to claim it on
  5. POOF! nothing happens

Did you claim this DLC before ?
Since it’s a transfer, did you get the exact same DLC on this region ? It might be the issue.
Either way, only the ticket staff can help you.
Ask them info every few days/weekly~
From my past experience with them, they might not reply before they know how to fix it.

No havent claimed it because the terms before is the dlc need to be still in inbox before it can be transferred. I asked GM online she said it shouldnt take time because they could reissue another one but they still havent reply. Sigh

I meant the same kind of DLC, but not this one exactly.
If it’s the Lada DLC it shouldn’t be the issue though as it could only be sent on one server.
You can pm one of the forum staff here or tag them using @+staff name so they can ask more info about your tickets, but you should probably wait a couple of days more and see if the ticket staff gets back to you.

same kind as in the founder dlc and the 50% off founder dlc? yea that. i have a feeling they are too busy doing the tp restriction tickets, stuff like this get ignored. fml
