Decided to split the worldboss thread, because it has become mostly a unconstructive ragefest with wild accusations flying around.
If you disagree that any changes should be made this is not the thread for you and for obvious visibility reasons it is posted in the general section since the suggestion subforum is pretty much dead.
Make all boss spawns simultaniously (can click this)
This will lead to groups having to chose. They can still get more bosses than the average but not all of themOnly a single cube per boss per day can be obtained unless during lucky times
Lucky times would be primetimes e.g. 16:00 and 20:00 where the cubes obtained from the bosses would not count against the limit to enhance on the competitiveness about it5% dmg = 1 cube
That means if a party of 5 wishes to secure cubes for everyone they would need to deal 25% of the damage. If they fail to meet 25% whoever is allotted the cube is via round robinTanks & Healers contribute via aggro/healing
If you heal someone you siphon contribution from him. If you give him a or invul him and he gets hit it is considered the same as healing.
Tanking a boss for 100% duration equals a cube, if you battle for aggro with another tank 50% of the time you have a 50% chance. It is unfortunate but I don’t see a good system outside of this for now. Will give it another thought later. Maybe you can do something with AOE Defense Ratio here where they tank hits for others.
A mix of these ideas can be implemented to improve the lagfest for everyone involved. They are aimed at keeping the competitive aspect alive and at the same time provide a chance for active and strong solo players.
