GM that manually roams to find bots
talk to the character that seems suspicious if he doesn’t answer back give him/her warning wait for 30 sec and if she/he still look suspicious, Jail him or kickout from the game.

Doesn’t work, most bots simply stop working once a GM show up nearby (either logout or simply stand still), or warn the botter behind about incoming talk. And it would put tremendous strain on the GMs to do it manually (they might need more GMs in this case - thats talking from experience.). Captcha might work better, once every hour or so, excluding instances.
/hide commands dont work on GM also? if you get what i mean
Make the GM presence be known on every map.
