Solution-Workaround to "character stuck in Tenet Church" in SA server

Howdy!

I have a problem with my Character in SA server after go to Tenet Church 1F, the screen go black and then just appear the Server Select screen. When I try to connect again the same problem happen.

I tried something that is a Solution-Workaround for now and its work for my to unstuck my character.
I connect to the Internet through “USB tethering” with my smartphone’s internet.

I open the game again, connect to the SA server with my character with problems and now can connect to the map without any issue. Then I exit the dungeon and disconnect to connect the game with my home internet. Finally can access to the game without problem.

Obviously, this is not the optimal solution but it works for now.

I hope this could help you and the Tree of Savior staff can fix this issue ASAP.

Home internet(ISP): Claro Chile

But its like you use another connection, like WTFast (VPN)
It just that.

i don’t really think it’s bannable, don’t listen to that guy, i use tethering with my phone when i need it and never had problems…plus as you said it’s just a different internet connection
