You game open but when you try to connect to a server you see that message… i try everything, even verify and reinstall the entire game but… i found a solution thats work for me.
the problem is, the patch client thinks the patch is already donwloaded. thats why he start the game but don’t download anything… and paff error:
Solution:
0.- Disable windows firewall and any antivirus you have (including security essential)
1.- Go to “\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\patch” and check the list of downloaded patches
2.- chek that you have the last one “11781_001001.ipf”
3.- if you dont have it go to the “\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release” and open a txt file called “release.revision.txt”
the file only have some numbers, this numbers are the current version. if you have the problem the file say “11781” inside.
4.- change the numbers inside the file to 11781 (the last patch you have on you patch folder) save and close the file
5.- Start you game launcher, should up date and download the patch…
