I found a solution for people who wanted to add your friends in game. What I did was buddy request your friend, and make your friend do the same thing- buddy request you. Just click the circle of pending request, and that’s it. Wait for hours, and your friend will be on your list.
Please do confirm. Happened to me, buddy requested me and I buddy requested back. But nothing happened. xD
Sadly, server is offline. So prolly later. 
I’ll picture it …I already have 2 friends in my friend lists.
I try this (when it was open the server) but not work…

Don’t know why it won’t work on me or on any of my friends. Tried to imitate what you said, tried bajillions of different things and yet it didn’t work. XD
