Lets see my solution here first
- Uninstall Tree of Savior
- Go to your steamapps>common>TreeOfSavior “DELETE THE GAME FOLDER” if u uninstall only some files will be left problem won’t solve
- Re-download and start game again
- *in my case problem solved
Here is the following thing i do accord to everyone help in forum
- i was unable to start client up after game crash
- i tried many way many solution exits in forum already but not work
- replace DLL directX
- replace XML file
- reinstall
- updated all software that possible need
- uninstall my antivirus
- verifies integrity of game cache (all day)
all void nothing can solve my problem
i really sure that the problem is with in the game themselves after reinstall many time i tried with completely wipe methods and its work in the end
i hope this will be helping someone the same case as me
NOTE: i only newbie at programming and not quiet check back what i posted. Its maybe not the correct method to fix the problem but i hope its can help
NOTE2:: if someone have better method that can pin the problem up please lets me know too
NOTE3:: in caee you need to reinstall addon too please find addon.json and setting.json in addon manager folder then delete it
