SOLMIKI: Cannot re-enter 2nd run. IMC, Do you care?

This should be a Known Issues thing by now but it’s not and IMC is completely looking the other way. I already sent a ticket regarding this and I received the popular Copy Past BOT answer:

“Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We will forward this to our proper department for them to further review and investigate the matter. We kindly ask for your patience while the investigation is on-going.”

The first time it happenned 4 of our party members had to use vouchers to re-enter. DC’ing because of vga crashes, dsync among other things is still very common during Solmiki. But it makes it even worse if you cannot even re-enter the damn tower!!

I read the last ktest patch and it says: “Fixed issue with being unable to re-enter the Earth Tower more than 2 times.” I don’t know if it’s related to the problem we are having right now. It makes it impossible to run 2 ET runs. Because on the 2nd one, its very likely someone DC’s and they can’t re-enter unless they use a voucher. I asked for compensation and received the response I said earlier. This is a very poor customer service. Do we really have to wait 3 months for a simple fix to solve the damn problem? Or selling Leticia boxes is more important to you than players unable to play the content you create? If not, why is it so hard to give ET reset vouchers when this happens?

I learned this bug happens if you crash or something. But if you, say, plainly died and spawned somewhere else and tried to re-enter, you still can… but yeah this sucks and another reason to avoid solmiki considering it is one of the “PvE end game” they made before

hope its a ninja fix, but should be stated so we dont need to try out and find after running a few floors that it isnt fixed.

my static group just stopped doing miki at this point because of the bug, going 35F its almost impossible no one is going to dsync or dc for some reason.

it doesnt matter, but usually ppl go full dsync or have some kind of crash like vga. just need to fix this bug, since you cant re-enter when running it for the second time unless you you use a ET voucher.

As previously mentioned we also do work on things that are not listed in the patch notes.
Good news is this problem with Earth Tower will be fixed during today’s maintenance and we will add it to the patch notes shortly.

Thanks for this! And yes, I do remember you guys mentioning that despite not putting known issues in patch notes, you still work towards fixing them. But fixes, imo, should be reflected in the patch notes. Some people have stopped doing ET because of this bug and may not know about this issue being fixed. It’s best to inform people that it’s safe to resume playing content that they may want to play but have been bugged beforehand.

The Patch Notes is a tool to communicate with the players. I think IMC needs to improve their communication so you can give us complete informations. That would avoid causing frustration or unnecessary confusions.

There’s another piece of information the staff didn’t put in the Patch Notes: Winter Night Costumes are now available in the exchange shop.

I also have to say I’m very disappointed in today’s patch notes. Fixes to ET and Challenge Mode are welcome (I mean it, I really appreciate those bugfixes and QoL changes), but while we have to wait months for the reworks (Hoplite, Cataphract, Dragoon, Musketeer, Matador, Falconer…) that new Effect Costume Slot is already added to iTOS (was introduced on kTOS just a week ago) and only serves as a cashgrab, the unwanted kind of cashgrab. Not only those effect costumes are annoying, they also cause FPS issues and VGA crashes for many players. If you like to bring more cosmetic stuff to the game, why not add more hairstyles, lens colors and class master/NPC costumes instead?
