Again, until you can learn to speak proper English, (this means spelling and grammar), I will not say anything more to you. Reading your poor typing gives me a headache.
But for your answer: People made the choice to turn a blind eye to the possibility of DAY 1 BUGS…(which are inevitable)…it’s their fault for not considering the 99.9% chance of issues that ALWAYS come with a first day launch.
If the team chooses to compensate for it…good for you people…Personally, I think it’s on the players as the team fairly and amply warned everyone that items could only be redeemed once, so you need to choose wisely.
For those of you complaining about ‘broken characters’…give it a few days, maybe a week and I’m sure they’ll have it fixed and you can have your precious pixels back.
