So, there are no Rapiers with a level below 170.
Orsha wep shop sell them. May be klaipeda too. I didn’t check though
Some golden quests also give you weapon selection boxes now where you can choose low lvl rapiers upon other weapons as well.
Alternatively, you can simply grind mobs around lvl 75 to get identifiable lvl 75 rapiers, or go to tavorh cave, one map left (seit rainforest?) of fedimian, which is the lowest level hunting grounds dungeon, which provides even better odds of obtaining identifiable low level rapiers. Maybe you even get one with a good roll that will last you for a good while.
Too time wasting… Just grab a cheap one off the pawn shop, smash it into an anvil a few time and you’re good to go. Not like identified low level gear makes any difference
IIRC Klaipeda and Orsha sell all weapons up to the level 75 ones. If you want a level 120 basic weapon, it should be in the Fedimian weapon shop.
