Oracles can do this. Or you can buy scrolls made from Oracles and summon them yourself

its actually quite genious strategy
i was already told u can level from 1-200 doing this easy, scrolls are quite cheap on auction house aswell. But these things obviously wont hit the live game patches 
They took 30 minutes to gain one level and had 3 Oracles to summon monsters…
I think it’s faster just to do quests on their map levels, lol.
you cant really bunch the up like that in actual field though

Call of daties have long cooldown but it became Op when there are like 5-4 Oracle spamming these mobs.

I really don’t feel like “call of deities” should be able to be made into a scroll.

Leveled from 1-190 in a few hours doing this, in a different area. It’s quite fast, though kCBT rates are scaling and seems like it has a permanent x3 on top of it.
