that actually is regional pricing.
different regions have different payment, and to match service different prices on the very same product - plus different availabilities
eg US price on gasoline is almost zero compared to EU 
1 gallon = 2,3 dollars
1 liter = 1,5 euros
1 gallon = 3.7 liters
so 1 gallon = 5.5 euros
or 1 liter = 0.6 dollars
dont even dare to complain about regional pricing
