Theirs a strong rumor going on that this might be coming around christmas time hopefully so the hype is pretty real if they continue to fix the kinks here an now consistently it may become reality.
Open beta in Korea is on December.
I know but they said if things run smoothly this might be out the same time if deemed possible.

I highly doubt it. But we will have to wait in see. Still lots of things to fix.
If you’ve been playing the game, or even just following the Maintenance threads and Beta section, you’d see that things are far from going smoothly. Classes with broken skills/mechanics ranging from summoning 100’s of minions, to crashing every player within the area with one skill at Field Bosses, to doing nothing at all. Client-sided hacks that let you teleport and hit everything on your screen outside of your normal range. Game not properly optimized and can’t even run on 50 FPS during battles with high-spec setups and client errors since the CBT launched.
They could release it in December here, but it’d be a failed launch. So they won’t.
Unlikely to be honest. Current build has too many server side issues, it’d be a disaster if it were to launch so early IMO.
I didn’t get the chance to play the first beta, but this second beta is giving me the impression that they’re testing extremes here. Among them is likely player patience 
Maybe they’ll compare data from Korean, Japanese, Chinese (was there one?) and International Beta and find some sort of Goldilocks value for the Open Beta.

They must be really confident if they plan open beta in a month of time… unless we’re getting heavily outdated build.
The game is Practically in alpha , even the class skills don’t work as intended always. Some skills are useless by design etc. and we’re talking an Open beta in a month? Well I’m really curios to see it.
Like I said it’s a rumor that may go along with japanese I know their’s plenty of flaw’s still but I like to be optomistic an say anything can happen
i hope not, the game is a mess right now and i can´t even play because of bugs after last patch =.="
Korean version =/= International version. They have better servers and everything fixed fast.
