I was folloing a build called “the jollyest of spearman”, or something like it,
but looks like the guy just deleted it…

Fells like basic attack overdmg everys kill.
Only skills I use are Finestra and Dust devil.
wait… u saying what autoattack deals more damage then skills, right?

I invested 100 in dex, with buffs and other stuff
I can deal 9k, more or less, per hit…
With skill I can hit from 3 to 20k
buts in the time I wasted casting, I could have done 3 times more dmg with outo attacks.
a hop3 build?
sword3 hop3 goon2, hybrid between 1h, 2h spear
why goon 2 and not lancer?
Hoplite is one of the best and most balanced classes at the moment, but his direct continuation, Dragoon, is kinda bad atm so i don’t think would be a good idea to go hop. Doppel + barbarian or doppel + highlander should be the build you’re looking to, a true SWORDsman.
lancer have nothing to do with hop3
only reason to have hop3 is 1h spear masterty attribute and spear throw
[skill damage by 20% vs medium size when using 1h spear]
lancer doesn’t need both, lancer can’t use 1h spear
hop2 for spear lunge is enough, don’t waste 1 circle on hop3
