Lol i dont see any problem here . If someone have pc problem then its individual or i dunno.
My pc sux as your granny notebook i play TOS at 12fps. In dungeon 4-9 fps and im happy. Cause i just love this game.
That fb s*t must wrote some hater. Yes game is bugged and what? Stay tune and it will be repair soon or later.in my opinion its just too early to judge whole game for that. That doesnt mean to not download nice game. And try on your own.
Its just people who scare gamers not game.

Didn’t you read the announcement saying that they closed access to new players so they can optimize the game?
Well, optimization is an issue. And is being worked on by the devs.
What that post is completely lacking of. Is the dude telling the other dude, the game isnt even open to play and is currently hopefully being worked on for this exact issue and more. (Infact he says the opposite, which is completely wrong)
