So, I created a new character and I have all maps completed 100% and cant get any EXP cards.... what?

Im a LVL 15 with a 100% LVL 69 map, ALL the maps are 100% (you can check the compass)

And I cant get any exp cards with that

exit the game client, relaunch and log on your new toon

Don’t delete and create a character that has the previous name as before too, if not the system will recognize the new character as already completed some zones of the deleted character.
