Dex wasn’t really nerf per say, it’s just that evasion scales badly above level 200. Pure dex is still great on most classes from 1-200 then it usually goes downhill fast.

Nah, is just that avoid becomes unreliable and your damage becomes garbage and it never really picks up.
Some people speculate that ‘‘At Lv500 FullDEX will be best’’ but like, well, yeah sure you go buddy.
A good STR/DEX spread is optimal for damage as always, good damage with a few crits here and there along assuring yourself that it’ll hit.
