I downloaded ToS again cause old HDD died, now I get a Dsetup.dll error like it’s missing or something any hot fixes for it?
Have you tried varifying your game cache?
Steam library, right click ToS, properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache.

If problem still persist. Try deleting user_c.xml at the release folder.
