Sniper serenity bug, as far as i understand this is how you replicate and remove the bug
-cast serenity
-no movement speed (ms) penalty
-if you try to dash/leap it will reduce your ms back to 10, basically anything related with dash, using skill, gets attacked (beside using autoattack)
-you will still stuck with 10ms even without sniper serenity until the actual buff gone (30s) (it wont shown on buff UI
-the only way to unstuck before 30s duration expired is re-dash, which also sometime doesnt work and making it impossible if in battle mode, unless using leap.
