another test and recording for more understanding
so at clip above im aiming at highlander master arrow but it started at your own character and then it teleported to the area im aiming at
and at this clip above, as far from my understanding snipe becoming normal magic circle in latest patch, just different UI, so basically it become headshot.v2 (but you have to aim manually with its super limited range and restriction (even though zoom and snipe range already nerfed in pvp)//where the class/skill is supposed to be for widescreen skillshot
but as you watch this clip you can see how messed up the difference between mouse mode and keyboard mode where mouse mode cant even goes past any UI or even autoclipped but keyboard mode doesnt.
another example with same problem taken from ktos player clip that usually doing pvp with musket (last recorded 2 months ago), assuming the player itself kinda tired of the problem
not to mention some bugged where snipe missing if you aim too fast like the clip below

and these thing are bad in pve and especially pvp and i dont think of it as a nerf but mostly caused a bad designed skill targeting or such.
if it happened to be basic magic circle targeting just with different UI (crosshair and darken area) i suggest just remove the UI and let us see the magic circle targeting.
i dont see any problem of reverting snipe back to its old mode considering all the zoomy restriction in pvp, snipe range limited in pvp, and piper stun duration gets reduced from past patches, and archer isnt a class that dominates everything in pvp so far.
please do consider to fix (especially the issue with mouse/keyboard mode or snipe missed when you aim-release too fast) or reverting it back to old snipe targeting @STAFF_Bob @GM_Francis
