Smooth Scroll and Chat Window Improvements

Can you implement smooth scrolling in the UI and chat window? Its much better on the eyes and new games are starting to use this feature. For example Royal Quest has smooth scroll in every UI window and it just looks and feels much better when you can scroll through skills/inventory with smooth scrolling.

And chat is also more clearer when messages are moving up than if they just show up.

Also, regarding chat window, allow us to make it wider and make these chat bubbles optional.

Strongly agree with everything said, with the last part especially.
Those bubbles should be appearing above characters’ heads (and they are), there’s no place for them in chat window itself because they are simply too big for the chat window.
