I can confirm that sleep 11 is enough to get all 3 hits of magic missile doubled.
My guess is that the formula is something like roundUp(hits * 0.2), meaning that sleep 16 would allow 4 hits before waking up.

If you don’t use enchant fire/lightning or similar, the attribute works also with basic attacks obviously. And if you’re an Onmyoji, this makes your Tiger skill do double damage, which isn’t too shabby.

Magic missile is pretty bad for dream eater because it consumes all the hits on dream eater in 1 OH.
im running Onmyoji, is ok to invest sleep lv11 combo with tiger?

Actually strong with magic missile…
Just dump leftover sp into sleep and you should be able to get 4 hits with dream eater.
