Bug Description :
When i talking with my friend via skype , and i press character select ingame, skype will hangout the call.

I bet you have this detached from your skype main window that is why you press on the wrong place.
Click in the X on that small window to set it inside the main window again.
That small window is on “Always on the top” mode so it won’t go behind the game window. I use skype all day long here with the game running and i don’t have that problem.

edit: i closed that window and skype will continue on calling

if you somehow click on that skype box… you could simply move the box around.
i prefer keeping it near the top of my screen.
