if 0 cd is op and 3 overheat with 15 secs is shitty then why just not
turn it like stabbing or something that hoplite skill?
it will be nice but risky.

Because Crown is the real “Oh I’m getting hit for 1’s now, GJ Highlander” skill.
Given Incenerate and Vertical Slash both work off of Debuffs. Vertical Slash should be better so you have a real Highlander & Plague Doctor synergy for a status affect team comp.
