💀 Receptionist Donnes daily quests (merc post) not resetting (even if all other dailies are) - FIX FOUND

1. Use all Receptionist Donnes daily quests the previous day
2. Wait for next day reset
3. No reset
4. Make this report

UPDATE: Adding possible fixes (may or may not work for everyone) —

Usually I create party + leave party, this fixes this issue for me.

I’ve run into this a few times and all I did was switch channels and it worked. Except for one time when I also had to talk to another NPC first, then he gave me the quests like usual.

Have you tried re-logging (e.g. change channel) or going out of the merc post map and going back in?

If yes and the problem persists, kindly ignore this then

Yeah, numerous times already since the game tends to desync/dc on my end every now and then.

Did you by any chance did the quests between 0h - 6h? Or more like, in the “next day” but before reset?

Maybe it’s resetting at 0h instead of the normal reset time?

Quest from Donnes receptionist takes 24hrs to reset. The 24hr cd will countdown once you finished/abandoned all 5 quests. It doesn’t comes w/ the dungeons listed on /indun, FYI.

I’ve been doing quests on different chars during different times of the day since I don’t play straight hours. By the next reset, there was a char or two which I didn’t do any quest yet, and there was one with a pending 3rd quest.

No worries, this I know of. As I’ve mentioned in response to @LunarRabbit, I had 2 chars which haven’t accepted any quests yet, and one on the 3rd quest.

The way it used to work is that the one with the 3rd quest shouldn’t reset but will be able to do the 4th and 5th (which I did a few hours after). The next day though (I checked for both 6:00am and 6:00pm just to make sure), it didn’t reset.

The 2 chars for some reason aren’t able to do the undone quests anymore after I did their quests before the reset - same the next day (both 6pm and 6am times have passed already).

The rest which I’ve already done quests for the day didn’t reset.

In summary, I consumed all the quests on all chars, waited past the 6pm and 6am mark, and all didn’t get resetted.

Switching channels also worked for a friend of mine as well.
