I’d like to know would I miss if I skip some parts of the Main Quest? Or skip it all? Or skip it in Klaipeda and do only Orsha parts?
I know I’d miss a story, but beside that?
the only thing you miss is HUGE exp gain xD i mean huge 
we are talking about 5 or more lvls here lol if you are playing the cards right xD
Exp Cards, Stat Points and probably high level main quests.
Just do both.
Theres not a reason to really not to.
It’s just easier to get it out of the way quicker by doing it and then maybe doing every non-main story quest along the way as well.

You can skip it provided you are certain you can get to the next part of the storyline without falling behind.
You loose out on a lot of exp. I would say just do the story, you will miss out on alot of exp if you don’t.
Completing parts of the main story in addition to giving you exp cards DOES give you extra stat points. It isn’t a wise thing to miss.
Some quest give you 3 stat points or so. Without those I would gladly skip the quest and grind in fast levelling zone.
