Bug Description :
October is over, new patch came and no solution. Lot of skills have broken skill effect for me.
Installed older gpu driver, played with graphical settings of the game, verified game cache several times, already sent a ticket to support, but my problem not solved.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Play normally and keep using skills

I have same thing with beak mask BUFF , i use skill and no mask on head
