Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
So Being a Krivis, I had 2 skills at the current time with more than 1 charges available to me (Heal and Zaibas). It seems to have started around a hour or so after I logged on, while grinding in Chapel B1 in a party ,alone it did not seem to affect me.
So I would press the button that would perform the skill lets say Heal, and at times ( Maybe a 40% chance at best, not totally sure) it would do the animation for the skill but it would not actually put the Heal on the ground for it to perform it’s effect (exactly the same for Zaibas, also roughly 40% of the time).
So for Zaibas, the character would perform the stance animation that would lead to drop the sigil on the floor, But the sigil on the floor would not show up nor was it invisible and still dealing damage I kept a eye out for this process, it was just like I failed to cast it but still lost the charge.
All this happened only in party play, from 3 players or more, so a party of me and 1 other person did not see this triggered.
When this effect happened it was Always the first activation of the skill (of the 2 charges after being reset after cooldown) that failed to manifest/perform/activate/do something useful, lol.
In short, both Heal and Zaibas are off cooldown after being used 2 times, I use either Heal or Zaibas for the first time after the cooldown counter ends. Whenever this effect/bug would trigger, that first attempt would always fail but would still do the animation just the effect of the skill is not there, I lose 1 charge and nothing else happens, when I use the second charge it always works and it goes on cooldown.
