Skill trigger doesn't move

Date and Time : 06/12/2016

Game Control Mode : Keyboard.

Where it happened : [SA] Silute.

Bug Description : When I try to use skills like Multi Shot or Iron Hook, I can’t move the blue circle trigger with arrow keys anymore. I didn’t modify control settings and with mouse it works when I move it.

Edit: Solved. It was “Skill Control Speed”.
