Bug Description :

Advancement Information window incorrectly displays/previews class skills. Upon mousing over the Skills during the Advancement phase of the Job/Class change you’ll notice that the format for the Skill tooltip doesn’t allow the user to see and information.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Achieve Job/Class level 15
- Click Advancement Button
- Mouse over Skill Icons of Class of choice
