Of course… And I even dowloaded the DLC and I got the chest in the char’s inventory. And one token, one!
I got 2 tokens cause I saved one from a previous event 
7 days to figure out what build you wanna stay as when there’s no skill patch notes or class info. 
7 days from the time you CHOSE to activate the token…
be smart and wait for confirmation on skills if you aren’t certain of what to do
