I just experienced buying a skill reset.
so i tried different skills and ended up needing to buy another.
Instead of making it a One time use.
Why not make it a one time unlimited use for a period of time like 2 days or 3 days?
People those who wants to change builds and experiment build would be encouraged instead of them making another character or buying another skill reset.
Some people are discouraged to continue playing because of these incidents.
nobody wants to spend a lot on not knowing what he is getting.
This will really improve customer satisfaction without sacrificing your income.
It’s like buying in a clothing Store. if the dress doesn’t fit. you get to try another.
When a player spends Money they expect something in return… not a disappointment of course 
Skill Simulator is not enough.
