Skill queue vs auto attack

i noticed that some skills like “critical shot” are considered as a basic attack and doesn’t end up in a queue at the server level but when i look at my ping during prime time on klaipeda (which rapidly fluctuate from 30 MS to 400 MS) and i would cast “barbed shot” or “crossfire”, the server literally take 3 seconds to cast the “queued skills” and “critical shot” would be relatively instant.

  1. Under the assumption that it’s a “rock paper scissor” type of game, what’s the goal of having a queue for specific skills when you have skills like running shot that would end up bypassing the queue and extend the queue to some extent.

  2. if you think the servers can’t handle the TCP requests then just put EVERYTHING IN THE QUEUE.
