Bug Description : I leveled up my class and wanted to allocate a skill point and noticed I could add points to skills that were supposedly maxed out for this circle. (I am currently a Circle 1 Cryomancer) Thankfully it didn’t actually add a point when I tried clicking on the + button for the maxed out skills. Below, I added screenshots to show what the skill window looks like with and without the Ice Rod equipped.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Equip Ice Rod
- Level Up Class
- Check Skill Window
