Bug Description : hell breath art wont refresh when kill monster . Then i cant find skill rework on patch note can imc tell me about this

  • Fixed the issue that the duration of Hell Breath is reset when the target under Hell Breath: Napalm is defeated.

It’s not supposed to refresh, it was a bug.
