who knows but i see some people who get it from cm full looting chance buffed(from maps 100+ of course)
The only stuff affected by looting chance should be identifiable equipment and planium.
I dont know about vaivora, but skill gems definitely arent affected.

yes, material and hair costume doesnt get affected too
