I extracted my old gems monday and i got my skill gems back in my inventory that i was able to put in the gems storage
Thuesday after the patch every skills gems i did the same process with other characters and skills gems disappeared
And this is your answer :
Nevermind , I am quitting this game
Borutaaa~! well, sad to say the gem extraction event was only till July 26, so after the maintenance patch extracting skill gems = deletion
Losing skill gem when extracting is the biggest absurdity of this game. Either you remove the option or you allow removing them with a silver cost. I’m sure you’re not the only one who suffered gem loss that way.
