why skill gem not working if place on one item? like 2 same skill gem are place on a armour will only add +1 it should be +2

Can’t stack them obviously lol that would be broken -_-…
Monster gems improving the same skill don’t stack. You can only have +1 per skill.
It’s even in the item desctiption of the gems.
