Skill duration / charge time bugged while in missions

Bug Description :
Skills with a bound duration and skills with a charge up are bugged while inside missions.
I tested it on Archer c3 -> Multishot 15/15; charge gauge fills faster than the display of the skill level, resulting in a “Full Charge” display while the skill is only channeled up to lvl 7 ~ 11.
I tried releasing the skill as soon as the “Full Charge” appearing and it said Lvl. 7 and only 8 hits occured.
Channeling the skill further until Lvl. 15 appeared resulted in 16 hits but required a longer charge time than usual.
I also tried this with Cleric c3 -> Safety Wall 10/15; the skill duration is 20 seconds but it lasted a good 30 seconds before disappearing in missions.

This didn’t happen outside of missions.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter Siauliai

  2. Cast safety zone while fighting a boss

  3. Keep an eye out on your skill downtime; it has 48s cooldown.

  4. Safety Wall should disappear at the 28s mark, but tends to last longer inside missions. The longest duration I got was 30 seconds (disappeared at 18s cooldown mark).

  5. Use Multishot with Quick Charge attribute

Managed to capture a video about the problem today.
Ping is around 30~60ms ingame.

This issue seems to be related to server lag, it started happening outside of missions now.
