In many of public skill builds, it’s often you see that some of the early class buffs are not maxed. In other MMOs that I’ve played -including ro-, it’s always been the trend to max out buffs because you’ll mainly be using damage skills from the later classes.

Why is this not the case in ToS?

Because there’s a buff limit per character. So the higher class buffs will probably be more efficient considering the cap.

Can you tell me the limit count of the buffs then?

Last I heard the limit was 5. But a lot of people were complaining about it. So they MIGHT bring it up. But the problem with that is one of the Krivis skill, Daino which raises the cap, would be rendered less useful.

Does this go the same for debuffs against a character?

No idea about debuffs. Sorry man.
