@NotVau yes wat i meant is what @Lostac said. I know fake multihits aka single hits will not waste dpe like true multihits. I just meant that if its a single hit then show single number, i guess its like what @unicorntheshiny and @migzzz said… For it to look cool as if there are many numbers lol
It makes sense being fake hit since the name Seism just like Earthquake are supposed to hit multiple “mobs/things”, just like in real life, if IMC made them either true hits or just 1 hit, wouldn’t make sense calling them that way or wouldn’t make synergy with DPE. Same with the definition of Zwerch-hau and Sturtz-hau.
Maybe ask IMC to implement a toggle on/off button if you dislike to watch multiple hits on your screen. Just like the Critical flash.
Problem is, it is deceiving to a lot of people.
You won’t even know that seism is supposed to be a 1 hit skill with 1.7 modifier without people actually checking the numbers
I actually think seism is supposed to be a one strong ground shock to create an earthquake.
Same with zornhau, you won’t realize it’s fake until you find out the pattern. good thing testing poles exist
I actually don’t know most of the modifiers on Dop C3 skills, but it’s somewhere around the swordsman section
I think the question is why make fake multi hits? I mean why not just make it true multi hits and lower the base damage if damage is what they are concerned with. I really see no real purpose in it other than to complicate things. Why not just stick with the normal single and multi hits. really IMC surprises me with their logic 
I think that’s why we have AOE ratio. Seism in reality deals only 1 line damage, why break it down to 3 lines? The only logical conclusion that I could think of is for it to look cool but there are other ways to do that like maybe adding special effects or something. It would make much more sense if they just showed single line damage, and just increase the AOE ratio if the concern is to hit multiple mobs, kinda like what Punish is doing right now. in fact Punish looks more “earthquack-y” like than Seism.

It’s just design at that point, it’s not attractive to make a skill named “seism” doing 1 hit and people would complain about DPE being useless because no skills help with it, personally i’d remove the hit count penalty and scale DPE by 1 second per skill lvl. It’s already hard for us, farmers, to use DPE on lvl 300+ mobs without killing em unintentionally when looking for DPK for lvl315 orange weap materials.
but the thing is, whether it hits 1 time or does 3 fake hits, its basically the same. all fake hits does is complicate things, some people have asked me “why are you using Seism for level 1 DPE, wouldn’t that waste the buff”. Because they think that Seism does 3 damage while in fact it is only 1 damage divided into 3 lines.
but yeah I guess we should just leave it at the “to make it fancy” explanation. the changes brought in by r8 led me to believe that imc has no plans in removing fake multi hits.
if they’re going to do that, I think they might as well put the modifier value on the skill, instead of making us do it. At least for classes like muskets or Ele’s meteor (i know not fake multi-hit, but the bonus multiplier is also shown)
I would agree to that as well. but really they should just remove fake multi hits.

I also hate dota 2 atm so more time for TOS, but they are slowly fixing the new UI so I’ll probably play again soon.

correct me if I’m wrong, optimization for multi-threading hasn’t arrive yet right? i’m planning on testing it out once it comes back but not until then. i’m keeping track of their updates and I haven’t seen plenty much but skill fixes and cash shop stuffs.
Prolly not for multi threading. As for optimization pretty much the 7%.
I am running on a i7 4790/R9 380. As long as i don’t have more than 10 players in my screen casting flashy animation deployment skills.
On town i can hit 50 fps ~ constant at 20-25. If it is more than 25 it starts to get way down to 10-20 fps ( at fedi chl 1 70 people usually)
My fps remains at 50~65ish during that point of time.
Still abit jerky on the netcode when casting spells freeze (due to server lag), else is normally fine.
JP got a better fine tune i guess for “being” the scapegoat? No idea when we will get ours
so yep. still no changes for us. though I’d have to agree with @Lostac with the events being interesting but bringing in the improvements will be a whole lot better.
guess I’ll have to wait a little longer.
i say give it 2-3mths more

Swift c2 is even a lower rank buff
It doesn’t help 5%x15-16 stacks = 75-80% defense reduction. It’s worthless.
Building DoV is really annoying i don’t see myself killing Grim Reaper 64M hp ghost armor even with Stage 10 Gale Slasher. DoV needs to be reworked and make it work like Frenzy, building stacks when hitting, not when being hit.
Not really worthless if you look at it, You could keep it on at most times and get only 5-8 stacks in most cases if there’s a cryo3/linker/pelt.
If you put yellow gems and aspersion, physicals still won’t hurt as much. pag shearers in timerys actually tickle me with 4-5 stacks so this patch will make it much better.
I also plan to put transcending armors as a priority when 315 whites or 270 whites come out with better def than grynas/virtov

I’d just take one point off Cyclone or Deeds on the second tree and invest in DPE; since it’s a no-skill reset tree, I think DPE is not skippable considering it’s uses on Siaulai and other bosses on leveling.
it’s mostly for shinies/DPK drops IMO, my doppel has no DPE until after reset (was around 310+ when I used my skill reset)
