Is there a comprehensive list of skill cast times anywhere?
Also how many skills work like Energy bolt whereby the longer they are charged the higher the skill level compared to something like electrocute/hail where its always the max level?
P.s: Does Meteor scale through the levels as you cast?
Also if a list of skills with overheats & their numbers is available would be great!.
