Evasive Action doesnt give +10% Evasion

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. skill it
  2. look at evasion
  3. cast the skill
  4. see the evasion doesnt increase

Same issue with evasion effect

But my build is rouge 2 SR 2

Upon evade lv 2 does work , itls buff is effected but evasion does not increase.

The % isn’t linked to evasion number if i’m not wrong. It is own % chance to dodge ( at least that how I understand it when I saw some people write about it)
Maybe it take your dodge % Chance and add a flat +10% over it… Idk (It not the same as adding +10% to evasion)
