Bug Description : Sometimes when attempting to cast a skill your character will freeze for a second or two and end up not casting it, usually requiring you to cast it again afterwards. It seems to be more common at lower fps, so it’s a plague to players in Earth Tower.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Attempt to cast skills
- Skill fails to cast, locking your animation for a second or two
- Try to cast the skill again

Everything is normal in the video until he casts joint penalty at 00:45 and then attempts to cast hangman’s knot which locks him until about 00:48.
