The problem this user reported on the forums still persists after being addressed over half a year ago, with the bug being present since the game’s release:

It has been half a year and nothing more has been said about it. Also, I find it crazy that this forum system doesn’t allow for threads like this to be revived by commenting on them, instead they are immediately closed by some staff member that promises to make it all better, it’s marked as solved, never to be revisited again and nothing gets accomplished. Meanwhile, since no one can add to that post a new thread has to pop up, which again will be immediately closed with no real resolution. So why does this system exist? So you can spread out the complaints into a million pieces that will dissolve into obscurity? How about you keep posts of the same topic together and leave your failure to resolve bugs on display for the whole community to see while we count the days?
At least then there will be an opportunity for us to be assured it is in the “to-do-list” pipeline, but this system as it stands makes you look sleazy and incompetent.
