Well, I can’t remember where on forum I read this but, apparently there was a translation error with the Sissel Bracelet, and I have reason to believe it truly is the case.
It is supposed to say “When the target dodges one of YOUR attacks” as opposed to you dodging one of the TARGETS attacks.
Whilst this ring can work really well for high dex builds, it’s counter entuitive in the sense that it would only reduce your accuracy by a measly 20, which can easily be covered up having high dex that would allow you to dodge.
If they wanted to balance the ring based on the mistranslation, they would need to increase the amount of accuracy lost upon wearing it, so that you wouldn’t be hitting super hard crits, whilst dodging like 1 in 4 attacks or something…
Therefore, it makes more sense that, for example, a STR Build gets reduced accuracy. The effect would be more likely to proc due to not having nearly as much dex to counter the reduction.

Sissle has the better stats.
The reason you go Glad Band is when you’re at an even AoE ratio.
If you’re at 10 AoE ratio, getting a glad band will allow you to hit 6 mobs instead of 5 (assuming medium size).
sissel for STR build
glad for DEX build, STR build won’t benefit much
because of the sissels effect
when ur a phys type class then u battle against players with high evasion. that’s the sissels effect comes in.
