SINGLE 500 TP Bundle Lost to the Abyss

I’ve read through the forums and did a search about the problems people have with TP and they all seem to be the same issue, that the use button does not work and they have to wait until later to use it again.

Well when I tried to use my TP bundle I had the same thing occur and decided to change channels thinking it was due to lag, After loading I opened the TP window to find that the bundle was gone! I assumed it had just taken a second and finally gone through but when I opened my inventory it said 0 TP still. That was 2 hours ago and there is no change and the bundle has not re-appeared in my TP window no matter what I do (relog, switch channels, change maps, change characters, etc.). I’m glad IMC fixed redemption of multiple bundles, just to break redeeming singles. [:

Please fix this ASAP! This is $45 that you already have in your pocket while I twiddle my thumbs waiting for yet another bug to be squashed. When it comes to TP and real money, you guys should really do more thorough testing before making it purchasable. I love Tree of Savior a ton but bug after bug, disappointment after disappointment from IMC. Just take a deep breath, take your time and polish the game and it’s features before creating more work for yourself with all these fixes and maintenances. @STAFF_Max @STAFF_John @STAFF_No @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_J

EDIT: I just wanted to add that I really do love the game that you guys have provided. I’ve purchased all of the founders packs including the discounted ones, and also a veterans pack. I fully support this game and have always been on the optimistic side of things when it comes to your commitment to the game and I’ve always told people you guys are doing big things behind the curtain and that’s why we get so little during normal patches. And then you guys prove it by increasing the performance of the game (even if it was just a little kick in the right direction) and showing us your plan. Please continue this hard work. Your game is great! It’s just sad to see a real cash transaction feature be so poorly implemented.

I’ve already done so, immediately after it happened. Current status as of 4 hours after ticket submitted = Unanswered. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I also lost my 300 TP in much the same way that the original poster had. I submitted a ticket, and now I wait…

Just thought I’d pop back in to mention that it took IMC support 13 whole hours to respond to my ticket, simply to tell me to read the post on their main website announcing the maintenance.

Gee IMC. Thank you very much for the quick and precise response. Now that the maintenance is over, and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY TP OR BUNDLE, I can continue to wonder if you guys even know what you’re doing.

To top it off, my guildie is running around with TRIPLE the TP he paid for. I wonder how or when IMC is gonna deal with that mess. Congratulations to those who are probably going to walk away with MORE free TP while I get to wait and suffer just to get what I paid for.

Meanwhile everyone buying tokens for silver is gonna get even more TP while again I am ■■■■ out of luck because I sold my tokens on the market shortly after buying the founders pack because I had two 60 day un-tradeable tokens. So if I want that free TP I have to spend more silver than I made from my original tokens to buy the outrageously priced ones on the market.

By reducing the prices on tokens and only giving compensation to current token holders, you’ve completely screwed all of your founders who sold their tokens MONTHS ago before free to play even hit. You can say that when players sell the token it’s an agreement to trade ownership, sure. BUT, I wouldn’t of agreed to trade ownership if I knew 2 months ago that the 30 day tokens could be turned into free TP since I already had two 60 day un-tradable event tokens. At that time, 30 day tokens were worthless to anyone who didn’t only buy the $10 pack.

You’re doing a GREAT job at making your dedicated and contributing players feel like another drop in the bucket. Love you too IMC. #nothappy

Same here lost 500 tp bundle

My problem was solved after the maintenance. They took 6hours to answer my ticket.

Same here and I bought the pack AFTER the maintenance to fix this isse. Still can’t redeem it ingame, so I guess it’s back again.

Just lost 100TP bundle in the same way as OP Q_Q

@TenMoogles, was your problem resolved at all? I have the same issue (as well as quite a few other people, as you can see by these forums).

I decided to post in this thread because you were one of the few who properly worded the issue and it seems like I can get some kind of feedback from you.
