The lack os content is making the game die, raise the cap level and implement the arena as long there are players around!
The only content kTOS has that we don’t is aesthetic in nature, or minor tweaks to things like flavor text. And most games don’t patch instantly from their mother-versions within a short time period. Ever.

You will never see kToS content in here, it is exclusive for them.
Now if you are expecting the fixes and balance they already received, we might get these little by little, since that is in the game core.
And as @DxDark said, any KR game you see out there as Int/NA/EU regions are always behind compared to the KR version.

You didn’t get what i meant, what is KR like content its in their contract with Nexon, they can’t put here, we will probably get stuff like xmas events, carnival, 4 july and what not.

You’re wrong, IMC said it’s because they know that applying any patch or just blowing some little wind at the game will destroy it, so they have to be extra careful.
